In Her Honour

A Year without Mom has come, and in Her Honour I've decided to make a favorite of her 2 children.

Sister and I always enjoyed topping our toast with Loretta's Apple butter.
We hardle ever saw the process of her creating this delicious treat but were so happy to see all the jars that would be enjoyed until spring arrived.

This may end up being a thing to do every December 2nd, as cooking all day made the thoughts of being without her easier to swallow.

I also made a Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce :-)
