Roses

Today i went to the gym for the third time this week, this time I went in the pool to swim 30 odd lengths like I used to years ago. My arms ache so much I can hardly type. I've fou,catch ing nd muscles where I never knew they exhisted, it made my actually sessioms in the fitness suite look like a walk in the park.

This weekend is a relaxed stop at home weekend but still very busy catching up on housework and some editing jobs. Treated myself to some £2.00 Lidl roses so have had a little play
