cobwebs definately blown away!

We went to Heaton Park today. It's a bit further than we normally go for a day out but I saw advertised that there was a kite show and funfair and it looked really good. We got there and started walking into the park. It seemed very quiet considering what was supposed to be on and we could see no fair or kites. Anyway, to cut a long story short, we ended walking for ansolutley miles as we had parked at the opposite end of the park! Poor Ellie's little legs (and mine actually) were really aching and that was before the long walk back afterwards!

The kite show was not very exciting although it was blowing a gale force wind so was perfect weather! Ellie had lots of fun on the rides and Matthew went on an extremely fast scary one. ( his hair is still sticking up now!). It was lots of fun.

I am going to try to get back into blip as have been awful of late and do miss it!!
