AT KANGLA, IMPHAL

Addressing the people is the prime minister of India Dr.Manmohan Singh, and Smt.Sonia Gandhi (3rd from left), Chairperson of the United Progressive Alliance government who'll also address the people, on a one-day visit to this far-flung area to inaugurate five mega constructions i.e.

- City Convention Centre,
- Assembly Complex,
- High Court Complex,
- Inter-State Bus Terminus &
- Film Auditorium of Manipur Film Dev. Corpn,

While on it also laid foundation stone for the National Institute of Technology.

The dull wintery day with the sun hiding behind clouds all day long suddenly brightens up just as the PM started speaking. It's a momentary break-through of the golden sun rays which brightens up everybody around the venue. Maybe there's a lot of meaning behind the sun's playing hide and seek today.
