Get ready for Mark Renshaw (Wiki) he is about to light up the track.

This isn't a photoshop job, straight off the camera (very minor crop, somebodies shoe was distracting the corner). The real story is its late afternoon so the sun was streaming onto sections of the track....very hard to take photos in these conditions BUT sometimes you get a gem!

Arguably one of the worlds fastest road cyclists in a sprint. Some would say that is Mark "Cav" Cavendish.... well with respect I disagree! (I know I've just offended all UK cycling fans, don't care)

Today & tonight was the 30th running of the Clarence Street Cyclery Cup and Renshaw graced us with presence by swapping his road bike with a track bike. While he didn't achieve any major results his presence and speed did impress.
