Head

This is a wooden head from the Phillipines.

It was left to my sister by an old neighbour and I secretly covet it.

Busy busy all day - Christmas Fayre at the nursery today (very cute seeing my boy with his wee friends doing their shopping at the stalls), then we went to my sisters to see my brother-in-law's family and their kids. Then we had to deliver food to my boy's dad because he was knocked off his bike by a taxi the other day (broken bones but he's ok). The boy stayed with his daddy which never happens at the weekend because of his dad's job, so I've got an unexpected weekend to myself! I should study for exams but I might just do nothing. It's not often I get to do nothing at all and yet it's one of my favourite things.

I remembered it was snowing this time last year and it made me a bit nostalgic for it. I much prefer snow to constant rain and wind.
