Cake-tastic

Today I went to do an all day Introduction to Cake Decorating course at the Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School in Torphichen. It was a long, but fantastic day. We were a very small group, but I think we perhaps benefitted more because of that. Paul is a very good teacher and although sometimes things needed explaining more than once, he was very patient and attentive, ensuring you went home with exactly what he makes himself. You don't need to have any experience at all to do this which makes it even better.

Here is my own creation. Others went for a more Christmassy feel, but I preferred to go with some more wintery colours and then glitterize to the max!

We also go to have a lovely lunch and a cupcake!
