Scottish Legal Life Clock

I had plans for a Blip later on today but sadly it started raining, and I ran out of time anyway.

I snapped this one earlier just in case. The clock is a famous landmark in the centre of Glasgow. I noticed a few days ago that it wasn't working - a bit like the economy.
