Huzzah!

We have a house again :-D

Scaffolding came down today, finally, and the outside walls were painted too. Window frames and porch have been painted as well.

Told Son One when I picked him up from footy that I had a surprise for him when he got home. He got out of the car and said "Oh yeah, the walls have been painted" and toddled off inside. I was a bit bemused, but he simply hadn't registered that the reason he could see newly painted walls was because the metal cage that had been surrounding the house for the past three oh so very long and tedious months had come down..

TPD did the same thing when he came in too. I despair :-/
