My Place

This is my place I runaway to and hide! When I've had a rough day, I grab my ipod, my headphones for my drumset and I sit here and let out all the tension of the day!

I've been out of commission the last few days. Been sick, but haven't been able to pinpoint what it is. Pretty sure it's acid reflux and I am realizing that I must make a change in my diet and exercise (or the lack of). I'm not getting any younger and I need to be healthy for me and for my family. So, that's what's been going on in my life the past week.
