When does Christmas start?

Well today as you know is the 1st of December, and I am already fed up of people saying Christmas starts today. No it doesn't, its way too early, it is time to get everything ready and start to get in the mood but not say Christmas has started. Its too early for decorations to be up and too early for Christmas songs. We have stretched the season out too far and I think it is diluting the fun we all had as youngster. By the time Christmas comes around I am fed up of seeing decorations, fed up of Christmas songs and starting to get fed up of Christmas. So Bah Humbug till about 2 weeks time, then its yippee its Christmas time, get the booze out, lets sing a song and lets find that mistletoe.
