Cowichan sunrise

From our vantage point sunrises are easier to view. A hill and trees in front of our house stand in the way of the sunset. To the east we have Cowichan Bay.

This morning I drove to a higher place to photograph the sunrise. I still have a silhouette of trees. Our little airport maybe a better place. Unfortunately the gate was closed when I drove there.
