Sick Note

Back to the Doctors this morning, good news was I was less than 15 minutes in there. Bad News is he signed me off for two weeks :(
I have to go back for blood tests on Monday and then a visit back to him on Wednesday, where I can ask to be signed fit if I can walk.
He did say this was the worse case of Gout that he has seen in years!!
My foot feels like it is getting better and the swelling has started to ease, I will be glad to get back into work as this settee is driving me stir crazy lol

As you can see by the note I have Gout ++
