Marine Parade Cottesloe 0630hrs

Every morning a loyal group of my friends have walked along the beach in Winter, and swam in Summer..for some 30 years day in day out.

This is followed by tea and toast overlooking the ocean each week morning. ( we leave the weekends to the visitors who invade our "private place")

This morning it was a cool Southerly winds which drove all the "wimps" away from the Beach. We almost had the beach to ourself, and were well rewarded as it was so fresh and envigorating.

This is a great walk, and one that takes us about 40 minutes each day before we settle into our tea and toast.
