St Giles in winter sunlight

I suspect this won't look half the picture on Blip that it does on my camera phone.

And indeed, having now seen it, that is definitely the case. But I'm not going to replace it, because it captures nicely a lovely view out of my office window.

Blipping and running. Again. I woke up this morning and wondered whether 11/12ths of the year had gone. Someone stole it.

Update much later: I just realised one thing I like about this picture. The effects in the clouds make it look as if there are snowy mountains looming in the background behind St Giles. Very alpine.
