Happy St. Andrew's Day

Predictable but it had to be done.
Shame it was first thing this morning before the sky had much colour in it.

Happy Birthday to Dad and sister-in-law Jemma too.

I was on strike today and as the nearest protest/march was too far away I took advantage of a child free day to do some Christmas shopping. It's getting there, just the hard people to buy for now. And I got all the stocking fillers so if I do need to drag Andrew into town to get the last few bits it doesn't matter as none will be for him.

I also fitted a short run in in the daylight which was nice. I was very achy from circuits this morning (and woke up every time I needed to roll over last night) but I could walk so I thought a slow run might ease off my muscles a bit. I'm not sure it's worked though! I think I ache more now.
