Girl look at that body, I work out!

Its Tuesday and once again I was braved the icy condition that was the garage, to attempt to increase my strength. My "fitness schedule" consists of two types of days; Abs and Arms. So every two days I go into the garage and have a session on the bench, and on the other days I do loads of crunches and other 'stuff' which has resulted in a bit of a 6-pack which I am rather proud of. So I might do- Monday, abs. Tuesday, arms. Wednesday, abs etc.

Currently I have a Tech Studies report to do, for Thursday, and frankly I don't know what to do, the majority is on a computer in school, I have no more time in class and I am finding it difficult to do the rest at home :(
