I took these two pics from the same spot, looking in opposite directions. The full moon was setting in the fog up the valley, and the sun was reflecting off a dispersing jetstream. Usually such a crisp morning leads to a fine sunny day, but this day just never warmed up, and there was only a short gap in the fog at lunchtime. Just as well I like to wear boots, gloves, scarves and hats! Winter is great
