The Day Today

GOOD DAY
Found out about some big changes at work. Lots of new opportunities and responsibilities to get my teeth into. So I'm really looking forward to it.

BAD DAY
Crap day with trying to get my deposit back from my Landlord.

So today, with work, Xmas, money, love, cancer, weddings, doing everything and other stuff I am dealing with I've felt like this fella*

*the girls have been playing with this little rubber man for the last few days. Despite all the toys in their room, the iPad with all their apps, the laptop with all their subscriptions I pay for and despite all their BOOKS - they have spent hours chucking him onto any surface. When he hits the ceiling I have to retrieve him. I have done it a million times.

I feel like him tonight, doing OK, but it will only take a little bit more pressure and I will fall off and go under. But for now me and the little yellow fella are doing OK.
