Wet

Left the house as usual at 7.45am and returned at 12.15pm having travelled about 6 miles. Greenock was basically shut due to heavy flooding with the A8 completely closed until this evening and floods, accidents and roads like rivers on the back roads.

The rain is still falling but I believe some of the roads are open again. Freya got sent home from school as there were hardly any teachers and Carlos had to work from home as there were no trains.

This time last year it was snow chaos, good old Scottish weather!
