To eat the forbidden fruit or not?

Well, my life is unfortunately not so complicated and the only true question that arose today was- to Christmas or not to Christmas?
Kindergarten stories told my boy today, that elves are watching kids through the windows and if they are good, they'll bring gifts in the morning into their stockings. Every single morning that is left from today till Christmas.
Last year he was so little and the elves visited him for one week before Christmas, but now he's got almost the whole month.
Good for him!
So what can we do- I am not a very Christmassy person, but anything for the magic of childhood. So the lights are on the windows, the stockings are at place, candles, decorations, gingerbread pastry, you name it!
I hope my enthusiasm lasts through the month!
