Sleeping

Alf is currently having a lovely doze in front of the fire, curled up next to his best mate Charley. Lucky lucky pups.

Had a frustrating day at work but Tobes cheered me up pointing to various body parts. Every time I said to him 'Where is Toby's nose' he put his finger right up it! He's not quite sure on ears but knows head, mouth, eyes. toes, tummy etc. He then proceeded to pick up all his cot toys by the right name, which surprised me as I thought he only really knew the names of his favourite monkey and rabbit as we don't really talk about the others much.

His favourite words right now are 'door' & 'dark' and he said 'Hiya' to someone in the car park at the nursery tonight really clearly which he has said to us before but never to someone just walking past.

Went down to the horses really late tonight - they weren't in their usual spot so I had to walk right up the field calling Lime. Then out of the darkness I heard lots of hooves thundering down the field, which was a bit scary. The others flew past me but Lime pulled up and came over. Would be much easier if he would just come down to the gate.
