Waiting for a fill in Mzuzu.

There is a fuel crisis in town. There was no Diesel in town and the prices of fuel has gone up since 15th June 2008.I took a picture of the vehicles lined up at the filling station and yet there is no fuel.
How is Ireland? Mzuzu is chilly.
