I absolutely HATE being late, I really really hate it - so you can imagine my distress today when I missed the train to Oxford. The plan was that I meet my colleagues at Paddington station, and that we would all travel together on the 0950...

...I ended up getting the 1022 and I missed the first session of our study day. It was a VERY interesting and informative day, listening to experts on Africa and asking questions about the continent's future.
