Braw Weather For Ducks...And Meerkats

Over the last 150 days, there haven't been many occasions that I would consider to be emergency blips. Have been quite lucky to always have an idea over the day of what I fancy blipping. Whether they are any good or not, that's another story.

Today was just one of those days, no inspiration and no wonder. It has rained for pretty much all of it, still blowing a gale as well. I think the street lights were still on at 11am and were back on again at half three. Rubbish.

The only ones that didn't seem bothered by the weather in our house were the cats who would go out to drink the puddles and then come running in with muddy feet much to my amusement (wife wasn't). These wee meerkats out in our back garden didn't seem that bothered either and were basking in the rain (well the wee one looks like he'd rather be somewhere else). You wouldn't believe it, but they are still lying there now! Bonkers.
