I think we may have a problem!

I'm pretty sure that hoover attachments are not meant to explode into lots of little pieces when you use them, but that's exactly what happened to mine this evening! I was merrily doing some cleaning, there was a huge bang and bits of plastic went flying everywhere!

I'm sure I'll stop shaking soon........
