Scabby Shoe

There's something a bit exhilarating and cathartic about really muddying up a shiny new pair of shoes. Only just bought these new-fangled trainers before taking part in the RNLI's "Reindeer Run" a couple of days ago where, basically, you run 10k around Stirling Uni campus wearing a pair of antlers and a red nose, looking a bit of a dafty, in pretty boggy conditions trying desperately to avoid trenchfoot. Great run, but hate to think what my mother would say if she saw the state of these...
