On what has been one of the coldest and wintry days since I got here, my mind drifted to warm, delish comfort food.

None more comforting in my book, than Shepherds Pie.

Much loved by Sandra too, who didn't need to be asked twice if she wanted some too. An easy convert!

Because of the said wintry cold, Sandra has decked Apollo out in a jumper. And not any ordinary jumper; no a pink, cable-knitted jumper!

That's right, PINK & CABLE-KNITTED!! He looks like he's joined a gay Makem & Clancy Brothers (click here if you're not Irish) tribute band! I can't bring myself to post any pics online.
