Far too hot!

Today I slept in until 12 after having the worst nights sleep due to the ridiculous heat and humidity there is in Buenos Aires at the moment. There is physically no way of cooling down...not even the shower turns cold!
It was a public holiday today and I was considering giving the orphanage a miss, but I'm so glad I went in the end as it meant that I had 4 glorious hours sitting in front of a massive fan.
I haven't worked on my essay for uni in too long. There just seems to be something happening all the time here! I was also beginning to regret choosing the topic of abortion as I feel there's so many more exciting things to talk about. However, walking past graffiti like in the photo I took today reminds me why I chose this topic. In many streets and buildings all over the city you will find evidence of the support for the legalisation of abortion, not to mention the amount of kids and babies living on the streets, it's crazy..
