A PHOTO OF 2 PHOTOS

so here's a cool story. at canyon de chelly, I met navajo indian, Ben Henry SR. He ask me if I knew who ansel adams was -of course! I replied. He then showed me this picture by Ansel
of "navajo woman and infant" & told that this ishis mother and older brother taken by Ansel in 1942. He took the photobook into the canyon to his 92 yr. old mother, placed her in the same location, and photographed her holding the book with a picture of of herself, in the exact same location. Both his mother and brother are decreased. He still lives in the valley which is only freely accessible by tribe members.
What a wonderfulencounter that was!
