Falls
Horrendous weather when we woke up, windy and very wet.
A lovely breakfast and we headed out. I was going to do some hills, but I could not even cross the drainage ditch by the roa, never mind the possible river crossing. So it was sea level activity today.
We headed to Oban again in the daylight. A stop at Connell for a Fair and we bought a huge gingerbread and some marmalade, then sat and watched Loch Etive empty into the sea.
Horizontal rain and wind made the Oban shops a refuge in the heavy showers. Some good charity shop bargains and gifts bought.
Hot chocolate and tea in the chocolate shop before we headed on a wee drive.
Dinner in the hotel tonight, lovely food and lovely staff. We both had a great meal.
A chat with the chef and a play with his new black lab puppies before heading to bed.
