Tom on TV

It arrived, tonight on ITV, Tom presented his Assiette of Hare dish in in the Good Food Guide, Britain's Best Dish. (Available now on ITV Player for anyone who missed it....and of course also in a book previously featured)

We are very proud of him. The comments he received were amazing, including one critic describing some part of his dish as "sensational"!

Shame the verdict went against him 2-1, a travesty of justice we think! But then we would. Hope you can see and decide for yourselves! We felt he came across well and his mother was proud of her polite boy.

Well done Tom. Should do your career the world of good.
