Christmas according to Selfridges!

Two things I won't claim to know a lot about is religion and art!

This picture then baffled me! Selfridges window display are art in themselves and their Christmas display are eagerly anticipated?

This year they have based their display on the Christmas nativity, there is a display of the 3 wise men, the baby Mary, the manger and then this? I am confused what part of the nativity this is symbolising!

It has obviously worked in a marketing sense as it has got me talking, but I am still unsure as to what I'm talking about! Nothing new there!
