Rainbow Monday

First day back at work after the holiday and I have to confess it wasn't bad. As usual I walked in to no chair. Why is it when u go away on holiday people feel the need to move your chair to the deepest darkest corner of the hell (Aka finance). Fortunately I knew which one was mine as after my long stint of 5 months at my new desk it's covered in food stains (yes it's food!).... I naturally took the clean chair next to it. Consequences people! Consequences!

In order to survive the rest of post holiday Monday I felt that a trip to the 'bad' end of the canteen was in order. Don't get me wrong, it's all pretty bad, serving daily portions of slop with a side of attitude but the end I'm referring to it the bit with the overpriced sweets and chocolate where the price per item generally depends on the amount of e numbers they can fit on to the back of the packet. Needless to say my pennies were well spent. Half a bag of tootie fruities later and my day was as colourful as my leftovers.
