Hanging Basket in November!

I was looking for something intersting to blip in Llandudno after dropping stuff off at a charity shop today. I was looking at intersting designs, architecture, clouds etc etc ( i.e. getting desperate) when I saw this hanging basket outside a cafe - I had to use it - who else manages to keep a hanging basket going and flowering until the 28th Nov. in gale force winds! I was actually worried about blurring with the movement as it was swinging so much!!
