Nature confused

Decided to pop into town on the way home from lunch at a friend's today to see if I could get a Christmas light blip. I parked outside the church and decided to have a wander into the churchyard.

This Prunus tree is clearly confused by the weather. It is probably a winter flowering variety but how strange to see blossom and Autumnal leaves together.

The lights are very lovely as always although the tower does look a little bit like a giant tardis!!!!
