Improvised office

Well today was suposed to be my day off before returning to the madness of work after our holibobs...

However nothing goes to plan, managed to watch some of the stuff I recorded in between going to Tesco, doing a third load of washing and cleaning the house.

And then our spare room became a spur of the moment office when I decided to do some job hunting! Silly me

The government body I work with is merging with two others and we have no idea what is going to happen with our jobs, will we keep them? will we loose them? will we become some mixed up composition of what we are all ready???

No one seems to know, also I am very unhappy there at the mo! No real work life balance at present and if we ever have children it will be impossible for me to keep working in the office I'm in and ever see them.

Not that any of the jobs I've found today are any closer to home (but the pay is a bit better).

We'll just have to wait and see the right thing for me my turn up soon!


Considering I have a lovely big desk down stairs you'd think it would be better for me to have spent the afternoon there! however the printer was upstairs and the laptop is lighter to carry than that!!!

But I am going to turn it all off now and make tea before my back gives in!
