Colour Change.

Noticed today, that after many complaints
from the local dog population about not being
able to see their special signs, our local council
have been out with their spray cans and renewed
the colour to make it easier for them to see. It appears
a lot brighter than the original, as if you look closely
you will just see the outline of original colour.
Must be a fairly accurate template and a steady hand.
