The lady flu seems to be abating, I actually made it down to the seafront this morning on the way to the shops.....though now I've unpacked the shopping it's obvious the brain is still well-addled (2 things on my list unbought and several impulse purchases....including 500g of sweet tamarind, which I've no absolutely no idea what to do with but I liked the box it came in!)

Apologies for lack of communication over the last few days, I'm planning on a mega catch-up-with-commenting session this afternoon (with cake!)
