Nobbys Surf Lifeboat Girls

It was milder weather today but very windy. This is down at Horseshoe Beach which is a popular place for the surf lifeboats to launch. The boys from Dixon Park went first, if you are interested in the boys, see here. The winds had whipped up a bit of a swell but they managed to get in.

The girls here are in the launch phase. They seem to spend a lot of time chatting and laughing and there was a bit of spray here where one of them got really wet. I think a bit of wet is OK but too much must make it slippery because she fell out just after they launched.
