View from the Moat

Today Edinburgh Castle opened it's doors for free to celebrate St Andrews Day, so guess where Mrs B and I went?

There were a couple of cool ice statues being carved as we arrived, one of a braveheart figure and a large St Andrews cross.
Mrs B suggested it may be for that crap telly programme X factor. I thought perhaps not!

Purchased early Chrissie pressie for self, a Sonos sound system..............
think we could overtake the pesky upstairs neighbours on the ASBO front REAL soon. Judging by the first blast it's belted out they're so gonna be sorry they ever messed!

Just waiting patiently now for the slower than slow, slow cooker to produce my dinner. Still suspect these hollow legs have worms!
