Had a great day today. We took the girls down to the Botanics and walked round the glass houses out of the wind.

Both wee girls were fab and were so worn out that they dozed off in the back of the car and I had to sit while they slept and Mrs Clix nipped upstairs to start dinner off.

As a reward I got to slope off to Cloisters (one day I will blip that great establishment) but I had an errand to carry out on the way; get some essential supplies from Lupe Pintos.

Do you want real South American Tortillas? Not that generic rubbish you get in supermarkets. Do you want a range of choice on refried beans? Proper saffron? Chllies?

Oh, and the best; No, The Best, chorizo (go for the spicy if they have it).

This is the place where the real foodies in Edinburgh who know their stuff go.

Well, I like it.

And, if you look very carefully, you may just spot the owner keeping an eye on the very strange guy who asked to "blip" his shop.
