Vegetation, a twig fuelled kettle and pigeons

Lots of tips on urban-foraging were swapped today, I picked up how to make elderflower champagne and sloe gin; I didn't know that sloe gin is made with the berries from a black thorn tree which is what we were cutting down today:)
