Jamie Oliver??? Pah!

During a visit to our local grocery shop (a proper old fashioned one with bags of things on the floor) I chanced upon a shelf containing a bag of Italian OO grade flour, and beneath it a pack of "Quick Yeast"

So I decided that I would make pizza - never having done anything of the kind before.

I found a recipe on the Interweb, and set about it this afternoon - warning Management to keep well away from the kitchen whilst work was in progress.

I was quite pleased with the results, and we've both eaten some, and survived...I may do this again.

One day...

Oh, and I made some bread too... Just thought I'd toss that in nonchalantly.
