Trail to Cottonwood Beach
Got Auntie and we ran some shopping errands. First I took her to Cottonwood Beach on the Columbia river east of Vancouver, which is an historic site. Lewis and Clark camped out here for a few days on their journey to the ocean back in the day. It really was a lovely late November day, calm and fairly warm. Then we went to Camas and had lunch at Natalia's and the owner is from Uzbekistan and she makes the most wonderful cabbage rolls. Then we went to Pier One along with many, many others doing some shopping. One more trip to another store, and then home to my place.
Anyway, thanks for all the kind words on yesterday's blip. I see that it ended up in the "favourite" section on blipfoto.....how does that work exactly? I have no idea what the parameters are on that.
