Suzdal Kremlin Cathedral

Took a train, then a bus, out to Suzdal, a beautiful village-sized city with more than 30 churches. The river was frozen, the pavements were perilously icy, and it snowed all day. But the Kremlin's Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin was warm, filled with the faint smell of incense and quiet choral music.
