The Rickety Man

LOOK INTO MY EYES...

..NOT AWAY FROM MY EYES...BUT INTO MY EYES!

Today I had a bit of an animal blipping dilemma day,

I took this pic of a visiting Sparrowhawk at the bird hospital today, thinking this would be my blip, but then realized after I'd finished with the birds I then had to pic the lil-ol-lady (mother-in-law) and her-who-must-be-obeyed up to go to Bleakholt animal rescue and look for a new doggie!
Now that's where my dilemma began, although I had my camera with me, it didn't seem right to stand there in-front of the sorrowful dogs and take their pictures, knowing full well we weren't going to have one (non suitable for the old dear yet) or even take them for a little walk, in the rain, with a walking frame!
So was I right, not to exploite them? Or ..should I have advertised there plight as a blip?......I now think (too late) the latter!

The amount of abandoned dogs (all sorts of pets - didnt do the all tour-we'd have a managerie!) we saw was a disgrace, Pit and Staff bulls seem to be the flavour (status dogs for little willies), there are other breeds as-well of course, but at least they're well cared for there.

Then my daughter's just introduced a bundle of white fluff, that resembles a baby rabbit, of the Thumper variety...and I don't do cute!...but you know..?
