Mmmmmm....Wagamama

If you can't guess where I had lunch.......it was Wagamama. Delicious Chicken Itame - a coconut soup with noodles. I also had steamed soya beans...delicious. Oh and I drank a plum wine - mmmmmmmm.

My good deed for the day was taking my Mother In Law into Birmingham as she has gone to the ballet at The Alexandra Theatre with friends. I had to pop to a hairdressers in the Mailbox to get a skin test so I needed to go anyway but it gets me some brownie points and means I am the favourite Daughter In Law :)

Tried to wrap some Christmas presents but this is not easy when you have to pesky pups that wont leave your side. Casper lay across all the paper and got all territorial over the scissors whilst Stanley ran off with the sellotape and chewed it all up...........so only a few presents wrapped so far. Si will love having to help get the rest of the presents done tomorrow - mum comes up on Tuesday so I want the bulk of them done ready for her to take down to Cornwall for us.

For the book worms amongst you - I finished reading Douglas Kennedy 'The Pursuit Of Happiness' this morning and it was amazing. I literally could not put it down. Definitely recommend it. I have now started Jo Nesbo 'The Leopard' - she is said to be the next Steig Larsson.........fingers crossed - I love the Dragon Tattoo trilogy :)

There is a bottle of Pinot calling my name and a bottle of Cabernet calling Simon's name....I can hear them....I'm surprised you cant hear them yourself :)

Have a treat filled Saturday :)
