The Passage

I first encountered passages (hear a french pronunciation) in Paris...those intimate narrow covered shopping lanes. Well The Hague has it's own version. Can't help feeling slightly French when I see this.

On the outside the weather is changing...there's a bite in the air as clouds rush by very quickly. Could this be the first cold snap during an otherwise balmy winter?
