Time for Tea

It's my birthday today (well, 24 minutes ago it was...). 25 and going strong. I had a tea party, with a LOT of cake, much tea, some lace, and a stack of general friendliness. It was a lot of fun. Thanks everyone who brought food! I tried to try everything, and it was all delicious. :D

I spent the evening eating pizza and watching tv with my parents. We borrowed Super 8, and while I wasn't sure what it would be like, I did enjoy it. I think it was Mark Kermode who reckoned it was Spielberg getting back to his Close Encounters origins, and while I"m not sure it was quite to the standard of the good ole days, it was most definitely enjoyable. A nice mixture of anticipation, big explosions, humour, and disbelief suspension with a touch of gross out and sweetness.

So this is a photo of me by someone else, on my camera. Originally I was just going to adjust the definition. Well I think I got that done... The original is just here, if you're interested in seeing how it's been adapted.
